It was clean, close and not too expensive. Quiet and nice garden as well as very close to restaurants via walking. Perfect for a weary business traveler!
The grounds werre green and lush. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The lobby and restaurant were very nice as well. Parking was easy. The room was right except the tv could have been better.
The tv pretty much sucked.
I liked the location, the very good beds, and enough good pillows. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. I loved the spacious tile shower! The room was clean and in good condition. I stayed one night last year and went back because it was close to my conference but the room rate was so much better than the Hilton. I will definitely stay at the San Jose Garden Hotel the next time I need to overnight in San Jose.
I would have liked a smaller lamp between the beds so one person could read and not disturb the one in the other bed.
Reasonable, clean, friendly, good food what else is there to say.
Everything, hotel was very clean and staff wherevery helpful, will stay again whrn we visit San Jose again.
excellent shuttle between Airport and Hotel; staff helpfulness
we were there for a short time between flights-comfortable room and shuttle service is why we stayed there
Close to the airport, by the train line, shuttle to airport available, very friendly staff, very good price for the room, comfortable.
There was no ice in the ice machine, and the soap did not smell very nice.
the gardens are really worth the stay
The bed is too soft. Impossible to be comfortable
loved the decor, the staff, the price, location. I will be back.
Close to airport
Pictures in room and bathroom
Shuttle. Jpful staff
Spacious room, old appointments but clean, everything worked fine, didn't smell musty like many older hotels. Looks like it used to be a Holiday Inn by the color scheme in the room. The garden an pool area still very nice and relaxing. Will definitely stay again next trip.
the location, price and great food at a great price
The lower level rooms with patio/garden access
They put the three family rooms near each other on the lower level and the fourth on the upper floor away from the rest. We were told there were no more rooms. I asked room keeping if they were all taken, the answer was "not even close".
